The organisation Renkum Leeft had again organised an excellent edition of the Renkum Airborne last week. With help of many volunteers, who enjoyed doing their part.
This year the event started with a the unveiling of the new Airborne Memorial on the Renkum Heath, which you can see here. Many veterans attended the service and also all the Renkum Airborne offered was very much appreciated.
And what age these heroes may have, they are always willing to talk to people and some of them even speak some Dutch!
