Saturday the 18th of September the yearly Race to the Bridge drove, almost like it used to, through the municipality of Renkum in The Netherlands.
Not only were the riders who had joined the ride organised by the Airborne Battle Wheels Foundation very happy about this, but also residents and visitors of the municipality. They had come to the route in considerable numbers to see the British WW2 vehicles and there was a great atmosphere at the starting point, along the route and at the end, the static show at the Airborne Museum.
