Airborne commermoration 2020, one flowerchild, lots of flowers

The commemoration 2020 at the Airborne Cemetery in Oosterbeek, The Netherlands was due to the coronavirus held without public, veterans ànd flowerchildren.

It was quiet and it was strange, but still beautiful with a fly-past of a B-25 Mitchell who took full attention twice, as a wonderful tribute to all heroes in rest at the cemetery.

The veterans were missed deeply and also the flowerchildren. But the schoolchildren have been making cards and they were all put at the graves in the week before the ceremony.

Annemieke was the only flowerchild who was allowed to be present and she did an excellent job to put her flowers, in name of all flowerchildren, at her grave for all fallen heroes.
